Our facility is equipped to produce both standard and customized 'W Beam' and 'Thrie Beam' Crash Barriers, including spacers and posts, all of which undergo premium hot-dip galvanization. Our goal is to manufacture and supply crash barriers under strict quality controls, in line with specifications set by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MORTH), Ministry of Surface Transport (MOST), and international standards like AASHTO 180 and EN-1317-1&2. Our current production capacity is 60,000 MT of Crash Barriers annually.

Specifications
- Cold Roll Formed Thickness: Available in 3mm, 2.8mm, and 2.6mm.
- Raw Materials: Conforms to standards 5986, 2062, 10748, or their equivalent grades.
- Material Grades: Fe 250, Fe 350, Fe 410, and Fe 510.
- Galvanization: Hot-dip galvanized with a coating of 550 gsm/sq.m.
- Overall Length: 4318 mm, 3318 mm, or as per custom drawings.
- Effective Length: Available in 4000mm and 3000mm.
- Fasteners: As per IS standards 1363 and 1367.
- Tolerance: Follows IS standard 1852.
Our W-Beam Metal Crash Barriers consist of single or double-sided guard rails made of 3 mm (customizable) cold-rolled sections with a minimum yield strength of 2400 kg/sqcm. These barriers feature a width of 312/510 mm, corrugation depth of 83 mm, and are hot-dip galvanized with a zinc coating of 550 g/sqm. The total length is 4.318 M (effective length 4M), conforming to MORTH specifications.
Post & Spacer Channel
- Posts and spacer channels are constructed from cold-rolled sections with a minimum yield strength of 2400 kg/sqcm. The post/Spacer will be hot dip galvanized of zinc coating @ 550g/sqm having size of 150mm x 75mm x 5mm (thickness) or customized as per the drawing approved by project consultant.
Certification:
- Base Metal (HR Coil) meets IS: 5986/10748/2062 standards, Grade Fe 410, 510 from TATA/SAIL. Minimum yield strength ranges from 235-255 MPa, and minimum tensile strength ranges from 360-410 MPa. Galvanization conforms to IS: 1364 standards.
- Crash Barriers of different specs and standards and dimensions covering W Beam fully conforming to NHAI/BIS Standards e g IRC119 2015 and complaint with EN1317 Part 2 ans as laid down in the guidelines of the Ministry dated 01 January 2020 ,as amended.
